Why is the service free in the other cities? Is it really free?
The service for all the other cities is 100% free. Our advantage is that it brings traffic and requests to our commission business.

How can I add my site to your Network Table?
The site with the most apartments listed in one city has the right to participate to the Network Table project.
You have to insert the provided code in your home page in order to show the Network Table in your site. See here how.
Being in the Network Table means having tens on highest quality apartment links pointing to your site.

ApartmentsNetwork.com is not free for apartments in Budapest, Prague , Krakow, Rome, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius. Once you add the apartment we assign ownership to admin and get the requests. When we pass a customer we get the commission (we either get it via credit card from the customer or request it later from the owner).
Those sites are commission websites (we send customers and get commission)
Most of them are not dynamic, so we add apartments just every few months.

I have an apartment in a commission city, how does it work in this case?
The commission websites use ApartmentsNetwork.com apartments also to send customers for commission. We offer apartments in ApartmentsNetwork.com to customers who write to PragueCheapFlats.com, www.BudapestCheapFlats.com etc... So you can co-operate with the commissions websites even if you don't have your apartment listed there.

How to really co-operate with the commission websites?
Well, this is a sticky point. We have many owners who want to co-operate with us and we always try to send customers. Very often they do not answer, answer late or have availibilities only in low season.
The person who makes the final decision is the Reservation Manager available at the website email address.
We suggest to write often and show that you really want to co-operate, have availibilties, offer a good service to customers and so on. Once the Reservation Manager fells you are a good partner, reservations will come in good numbers as we always try to work with a few selected owners.

How much is the commission?
We normally start with a 20% and leave negotiation for later, after we had some experience together.

I want to negotiate the commission
We are open to all kind of negotiation but only after we have successfully cooperated for a few months. The initial commission is standard and not negotiable, please understand it is really impossible for us to negotiate with tens of owners we don't even know.

I can't modify the apartment anymore!
This happens if your apartment is in a commission city. It has been assigned to Admin for monitoring and not allowing direct contact with customers. Just write to us and request to reassign it, we'll do it immediately.

Will you visit my apartment(s)?
After we have sent some customer and everything was ok, we will probably come to see you.
